This Privacy Policy describes how Lugtah (the "App") and its operator, Khayrat Trading Co. ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App or the website at lugtah.com.

1. What Lugtah does

Lugtah is a price-comparison tool that helps users in Saudi Arabia compare food-delivery prices across third-party aggregators including HungerStation, Jahez, Ananinja, and Sailor. We are not affiliated with these companies; we display their publicly available menu and price information and provide one-tap handoffs to their apps.

2. Information we collect

• Device push token (Firebase Cloud Messaging): a random device identifier used only to deliver push notifications you have opted into.
• Approximate location (optional): only when you grant permission, to show nearby restaurants. We do not store your location on our servers.
• App interaction analytics (Firebase Analytics): aggregated, non-identifying events (e.g., "search performed", "compared X restaurant") used to improve the App. You can disable analytics in the App's settings.
• Crash diagnostics: if the App crashes, an anonymous crash report is sent to help us fix the bug.
• Local preferences: your favourites and settings are stored on your device only and are not transmitted to us.

3. Information we do not collect

Lugtah does not collect or store:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or national ID
• Any payment, banking, or financial information — we never process payments
• Your contacts, photos, or files
• Precise (GPS) location history

4. How we use information

We use the information described above only to: deliver the comparison feature, send the push notifications you've opted into, diagnose crashes, and understand which features are useful in aggregate. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.

5. Third-party services

The App uses Firebase (Google LLC) for push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting. Firebase processes the limited data described above according to Firebase's privacy terms. When you tap a price, you are redirected to the partner aggregator's app or website; their privacy practices apply once you leave Lugtah.

6. Children's privacy

Lugtah is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. The App is rated 4+ in the App Store and Everyone in the Play Store because it contains no objectionable content, but a parent or guardian should approve installation for minors.

7. Data retention and deletion

Push tokens are kept while the App is installed and removed when you uninstall it. Aggregated analytics are retained for up to 14 months. To request deletion of any data we hold about your device, email support@khayratco.sa from the device in question and we will action the request within 30 days.

8. Security

All traffic between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). The App does not store secrets on the device beyond your local favourites and settings.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where required, notify users in-app or by push notification.
