These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Lugtah app and the website at lugtah.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Khayrat Trading Co. ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What Lugtah is

Lugtah lets you browse well-known restaurants and place an order directly from each restaurant's own official menu, inside the app. Where a restaurant's direct price is lower than ordering elsewhere, Lugtah highlights the saving so you can choose to order direct. Lugtah is a facilitator and directory — we are not the seller of the food.

2. Ordering and payment

• When you place an order, the order is received, prepared, fulfilled, and delivered by the restaurant (or its own storefront provider), not by Lugtah.
• Payment is made directly to the restaurant's own payment processor. Lugtah does not process, hold, or handle your payment, and charges you no fees.
• Menus, prices, availability, delivery areas, and delivery times are set and controlled by the restaurant and may change at any time. Any saving shown is indicative and based on information available to us; it is not a guarantee.
• Questions, changes, refunds, or complaints about an order are handled by the restaurant under its own terms.

3. Accounts and sign-in

You can browse and order without an account. You may optionally sign in with your mobile number (via a one-time password) to unlock the full list of restaurants and to save your order history to your number. You are responsible for keeping access to your number. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, scraping or copying its data at scale, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The Lugtah name, app, and design are owned by Khayrat Trading Co. Restaurant names, logos, and menus belong to their respective owners and are shown to help you find and order from them.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that restaurant information is always accurate or that a restaurant will fulfil an order. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lugtah is not liable for the quality, safety, delivery, or fulfilment of any order, which is the responsibility of the restaurant. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us — which are zero.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to its competent courts.
